A Dos Equis Guy gives advice meme.
Dos Equis Guy is Jonathan Goldsmith as The Most Interesting Man in the World, the bearded spokesman of Dos Equis beer. His tagline - "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis" - is the template: "I don't always X, but when I do, I Y." It's the meme for confessing odd habits with style.
