A Overly Attached Girlfriend meme.
Overly Attached Girlfriend is Laina Morris, who made a 2012 YouTube parody of a Justin Bieber song with an intense, wide-eyed stare. A still from the video became the face of clingy, possessive affection. Captions describe excessive attachment: checking your phone, knowing your location at all times. It's the meme for relationship intensity taken too far.
