my boss is gone! / aand he's back
A south park aand it's gone meme.
Aaaand It's Gone comes from a 2009 South Park episode in which a bank teller invests Stan's birthday money and, a second later, announces "Aaaand it's gone." Captions describe things that vanish the moment you get them - a paycheck, your motivation, battery life, the cookies you bought for the week. It's the meme for watching something disappear and being powerless to stop it.
