Not sure if shorts or thong... / Either way girls will still wear them in public...
A Futurama Fry meme.
Futurama Fry, also known as Not Sure If, is Philip J. Fry from the animated series Futurama squinting with deep suspicion. The caption pairs two possibilities that are hard to tell apart: "Not sure if X, or just Y." It's the meme of honest uncertainty - is that person flirting or just being polite, is the code working or did it just not run? Fry's narrowed eyes have made it one of the most recognizable reaction images on the internet.
