I need you to / "take care of" our rabbit
A Dr Evil meme meme.
Dr. Evil is Mike Myers' villain from the Austin Powers films, making air quotes with his fingers. The meme puts quotes around words that someone uses in a dubious or ironic sense: "I'll be ready in five 'minutes'." It's the meme for pointing out claims everyone knows aren't quite true.
