Joker Mind Loss uses Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight (2008), from his hospital-room speech to Harvey Dent. The original line - "Nobody panics when things go according to plan... but when I say one little old mayor will die, everyone loses their minds!" - became a template for pointing out double standards. The top line lists what everyone accepts without a word, the bottom line the trivial thing that makes them lose it. It's the meme for hypocrisy in how people react.
