Drinks your beers / Drinks half of one, decides it's too warm, and helps himself to another one
A Scumbag Steve meme.
Scumbag Steve is a photo of a young man in a sideways baseball cap and a fur-lined jacket, standing in a doorway with a smirk. Posted in 2011, he became the archetype of the bad friend: captions describe selfish behavior - borrows your car, returns it with no gas; asks for a ride, makes you wait. He's the counterpart of Good Guy Greg and the meme for calling out freeloaders and moochers.
