brace yourselves / the "brace yourselves new year posts are coming" are coming
A Prepare yourself meme.
Prepare Yourself uses Ned Stark from Game of Thrones holding his sword, warning "Brace yourselves." The caption announces something predictable that's about to arrive in large numbers: "Brace yourselves - the Black Friday posts are coming." It's the meme for seeing an inevitable wave coming and knowing everyone else sees it too.
