A First World Problems meme.
First World Problems is a stock photo of a woman crying with her hand over her face, used to mock trivial complaints that only someone with plenty could have. The phrase existed before the meme, but this picture became its face around 2011. Captions describe minor inconveniences with full dramatic weight: the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the bathroom, the fridge has too much food to choose from. It's self-aware humor about how small most of our problems really are.
