A Skeptical African Child meme.
Skeptical African Child is a photo of a young boy squinting sideways with obvious suspicion. Captions quote a first-world habit or complaint and answer it with disbelief - why would anyone pay for water, or throw away perfectly good food? It's one of the names of the Third World Skeptical Kid meme, the meme for skeptical reality checks.
