A Advice Dog meme.
Advice Dog is a puppy's head on a rainbow color wheel - the original advice animal, from around 2006, that started the whole format of a character on a colored background giving advice. Captions give friendly tips, terrible ones, and everything in between. Courage Wolf, Insanity Wolf and the rest are its descendants. It's the meme for advice, good or bad.
