The rest of the chat has gone quiet and is looking at the ceiling. Your relative at Sunday lunch discovers that you've made the roast potatoes a new way. The accusation is delivered at volume. The potatoes are fine and everyone is eating them. **Why it caught on:** the shouting woman is Taylor Armstrong and the one beside her is Kyle Richards, caught in an argument on *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* in 2011. In 2019 someone on Twitter placed them next to a photo of a white cat at a dinner table, looking baffled behind a plate of vegetables, a picture that had already done the rounds on Tumblr. It spread because it fits any row where one side is all fury and the other is entirely unmoved.
