In 2021 the man in it, Connor Sinclair, came forward and said it was him. He looks like he is having a profound thought about a sandwich. That's the meme. Captions are the deep-sounding observations of someone extremely high. The top line starts a revelation, the bottom line finishes it badly: "A spoon" / "is a shovel for your mouth." "Buses are just" / "fat cars." "What time is it?" / "you mean right now?" Mixed-up sentences are popular too, words shuffled until they almost mean something.
