A really high guy post.
Midnight in the kitchen, holding a spoon. You've just realised it's a tiny shovel for your face. You say this out loud. Your flatmate says "mate". You both stand there quietly for a long time. In the back of a taxi it occurs to you that a bus is just a fat car with more friends. Someone needs to hear this. The driver has heard it. The driver says nothing, which is agreement. At 1 in the morning you stand in front of the crisps in the corner shop for eleven minutes. You've forgotten what you came for. You leave with three bags, a pineapple and a deep respect for the man at the till. Your friend asks what time it is. You look at your phone. You look at your friend. "Like, now?" you ask, and you mean it, because you've just discovered time, and it's huge. **Why it caught on:** the dazed photo was posted to Reddit's r/trees in November 2011 and became Really High Guy, later Stoner Stanley, and in 2021 Connor Sinclair said it was him. Everyone recognises the face of someone discovering that ping pong is just tiny tennis.
