You say nothing, take a long sip of tea and reach for the controller. It is already 1am, and it is a school night. The new starter says the filing cabinet has never been fully sorted, not once in the company's history. You look at the cabinet. You look at the afternoon. You roll up your sleeves, for the sake of a label maker. **Why it caught on:** the picture is a hand-drawn rage-comic face with heavy-lidded eyes, a lopsided mouth and folded arms, known as "Challenge Accepted". It spread through rage comics in the early 2010s, usually captioned with a daunting task, from the absurd to the impossible, followed by the words "challenge accepted". It stuck because it lets you take on anything with a straight face, however bad an idea it is.
