He's charming for forty minutes, then tells a joke about "them". You ask who "them" is. He explains. You ask for the bill and pay for your half, with relish. **Why it caught on:** a yellow Labrador in rimless glasses was given old racist and antisemitic jokes to tell, as if a friendly dog saying them changed what was said. It doesn't. He's just a nice Labrador someone dressed up for a photo.
