A Futurama Fry post.
Futurama Fry, also called Not Sure If, is Philip J. Fry from the animated series Futurama, squinting with deep suspicion. The frame is from the 2000 episode "The Lesser of Two Evils." Fry is not the brightest employee of Planet Express, so watching him concentrate this hard is already funny. The caption is always two possibilities that can't be told apart. Top line: "Not sure if X." Bottom line: "Or just Y." "Not sure if flirting... or just being polite." "Not sure if the code works... or just didn't run." "Not sure if hungry... or bored." The best ones are the ones where the answer clearly matters and you will never find out. Fry will squint at it forever. **Why it caught on:** daily life is full of things you can't quite read, and this is exactly the face you make.
