I see you have a perfectly resonable argument / you're wrong, it's aliens
A Ancient Aliens post.
Ancient Aliens is Giorgio A. Tsoukalos, the wild-haired host on the History Channel series Ancient Aliens (2010), gesturing as he explains a theory. The show suggests aliens influenced human history. He brings absolute confidence and some of the most memorable hair on television, and the internet noticed both. The meme turns his careful hedging into a punchline. Top line: "I'm not saying it was aliens." Bottom line: "But it was aliens." Captions blame aliens for anything without an obvious explanation. "Where did my other sock go? Aliens." "My code worked and I don't know why - aliens." "Who ate the last cookie? Aliens." The joke is the logic, not the theory: when you don't know, pick the biggest possible answer. It works for pyramids, and it works for the remote control. **Why it caught on:** everyone has a mystery at home, and now they all have the same solution.
