Hide the Pain Harold Meme Generator
Hide the Pain Harold is András Arató, a retired Hungarian electrical engineer whose stock photos - smiling over a coffee cup, at a laptop, at the doctor's - all seem to hide a quiet sorrow behind the smile. People found the pictures around 2011 and couldn't stop seeing the pain in his eyes. The caption is usually something going badly, told by a man who keeps smiling anyway. It's the meme for putting on a brave face.
