A free trial of a streaming service only needs your card details "for verification". You say you'll cancel before the end. You will not cancel before the end. Your manager, at 4:55 on a Friday: "Got a minute? Nothing to worry about." The calendar invite is called "Quick chat" and is an hour long, with HR on it. Your partner asks, in a very light voice, "Do you notice anything different about me?" There is no right answer, only the one you'll find out about on Sunday. **Why it caught on:** the picture shows Admiral Ackbar, the Mon Calamari commander of the Rebel fleet in *Return of the Jedi* (1983), who shouts the line when the Imperial fleet springs its ambush at the Battle of Endor. It spread as a reaction image for any offer, plan or invitation that looks too good, and it stuck because the warning is short, loud and almost always right.
